It was fantastic experience at this store. We were able to get lots of varieties in mattresses, pillows and bed sheets. We could able to get feel of almost all the mattresses by sleeping on them. Recommend to visit once to get all the products under one roof.

Update : They have rectified the mistake after my review. Followed up with whoever is concerned and resolved the issue. Hoping for the same kind of customer service.
Old : They are just not bothered to address any issues. They want to sell the product and some how push to buy. After you have problem, the atore people talk to you in different tone. If your have problem, you sort it out, this is their overall response. We will solve the problem and it'll take it's own time. Worst customer service.

For the same price, Cauvery furniture in Banaswadi gives complimentary pillows. This store doesn't. So check before making the purchase.
Update: The KurlOn company store staff needs to seek approval from upper management for complimentary pillows and include free pillows in the invoice. Stores like Cauvery have local decision making and can offer complimentary pillows out of their own margin. Best to talk to Kurlon store staff for any complimentary stuff before making the purchase. My mistake was I assumed complimentary pillows are included. Both Cauvery and my earlier TheSleepCompany purchase had complimentary pillows.
