No clear timeline has been given to solve my issue, and the delay is deliberate. I now understand why there are so many positive reviews here — it appears that anyone posting negative feedback is being contacted and pressured to delete it. I will not be silenced. This is unfair and unethical business practice. If my problem is not resolved immediately, I am prepared to escalate the matter to the Consumer Court and other public platforms to ensure people are aware.
Poor Quality & Disappointing Service
Purchased a sofa set and dining table after seeing attractive YouTube ads. Initially, the team was very keen to sell, but post-purchase support was casual and unhelpful. Within a short time, the sofa started sinking, and the dining table developed cracks. Spent close to ₹1 lakh and very disappointed with the quality.

I had a great experience shopping at this sofa store. They offer a fantastic variety of styles and designs — so many options that it was genuinely hard to choose! The staff was helpful throughout the process, and I really appreciated that they accommodated my request for an earlier delivery date. That said, the delivery process could use some improvement — it wasn’t as smooth or timely as I had hoped. Still, the overall experience was very positive, and I’m happy with my purchase.
