I purchased a Kurlon Duorest Premium Mattress from this store in July 2025, and within just a month, it developed noticeable defects. The Kurlon Experience Store at Sharath City Mall promptly accepted my complaint and assured a replacement. However, the Kurlon customer care and company support were extremely disappointing — they kept delaying responses, stopped replying to calls and emails, and even closed my complaint without resolution.
After nearly two months of follow-ups and frustration, I finally received a replacement mattress only after paying an additional amount, and that too largely due to the help and persistence of the store manager, not the company.
Overall, poor customer support and lack of accountability from Kurlon as a brand. The store staff were cooperative, but the company’s after-sales service is terrible. Would strongly advise caution before purchasing.
