Fantastic experience in purchasing a mattress. Great service.
Vaibhav, the store incharge, has thorough knowledge about the mattresses and patiently explained to us all the details.
"How can you decide which mattress to buy just by sitting/lying on it for a minute?" This is what I asked Vaibhav. His answer pleasantly surprised me. He said, "you can try our trial mattresses for few days at home and then decide". As he mentioned he sent us two mattresses for trial. We used them for a week and were not happy with them and wanted to try a different variant. He did not have this particular variant for trial. But he said, "not a problem sir, i will order a new one for you to try". I don't think any other store would have done this. This is just the next level of customer service. He followed up with the company incessantly, got the mattress and sent to us for trying. Finally we got the mattress of our liking and we bought one, thoroughly satisfied after trying at home. When I went to pay (a very reasonable price) for the mattress, that experience was another delight, the way Vaibhav obliged the pillow request, which i don't want to divulge here and put him on the spot....:)
I would highly recommend this store to any one looking for a new mattress. Please don't look elsewhere.
