We recently bought a basic mattress for our spare room.The sales assistant was courteous and helpful.Upon placing the order the person from the shop called at our house to measure the bedstead to ensure the mattress we ordered would be a snug fit..We had to pay 50% of the price on order and the rest had to be paid before delivery.The delivery was delayed due to the Easter holidays but the store manager offered us a substitute mattress before the chosen one was delivered.I would rate the overall experience was pleasant and satisfactory.
