Impressed by the customer service and professionalism from David James of Prasidh Furnishings (Banashankari branch).
This was my first Kurlon mattress purchase. I've always used traditional cotton mattress for my single bed, but lately due to extreme low back pain, I started doing my research on a good mattress. Few hours on YouTube narrowed my search for Kurlon DuoRest Popular (72 x 30 inches) due to interchangeable soft and firm sides.
As I stay in Banashankari, my Kurlon mattress store search led me to Prasidh Furnishings near D.G.Petrol bunk.
David James, the sales representative was very professional, candid and honest with the delivery timeline. He clearly explained us the mattress features and also offered us a 10% discount.
We booked the mattress on a Friday, David promised us a Tuesday delivery. However, we got a call from him on the Monday evening, informing us the arrival of our mattress and delivery time.
David personally delivered the mattress along with a delivery person directly to our home and was kind enough to unwrap the mattress. We gave a complementary delivery tip.
Highly recommend this store for any mattress purchase.
